We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Simply follow the below instructions to return/exchange your product.

  • Include a copy of your Invoice and clearly indicate which items are in your package.
  • Clearly indicate on your invoice if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for.
  • When shipping, do not use the manufacturer's packaging for a shipping box. This will damage the manufacturer's product labeling and could void your return.

Conditions of all Returns/Exchanges.

  • Products must be complete with all original packaging and in new condition.
  • Use of the manufacturer's product packaging for a shipping container will result in a restocking fee (the product's packaging must be kept in new condition).
  • FREE items received with the original order are to be included with your return. If you choose to keep the free item your refund will be reduced by the unreturned item's retail price.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise not meeting the above requirements will be refused or subject to re-stocking fee.
